Frequently Asked Questions
ZERO, ZERO, and ZERO. We do not collect any extra fees at lease signing. We don’t even ask for first or last month rent upfront. Simply provide us with a refundable Security Deposit equal to one month’s rent at lease signing and the apartment is yours.
Our typical leases are a little shy of 12 Months.
However, we do offer 10 Month leases for a small premium.
All of our apartments come furnished with a very nice Bed, Desk, and Executive Leather Chair. With the exception of our studio apartments, you can even expect awesome Leather Couches, Marble Coffee/Side Tables, and even Dining Tables in some units. There is ZERO cost for our furniture package.
University Hill Apartments offers free maintenance service for ALL items included with your apartment. Our dedicated and knowledgeable maintenance team is at your service. The only reason you would be responsible for the cost of repairs is if something breaks due to your negligence. If it not your fault, it is OUR problem. That being said, it is your ultimate responsibility to let us know right away if there is a service issue so that we can properly address it. Although we do think we are good, we are not mind-readers!
University Hill Apartments pays for heat, hot water, cold water, and WIFI Internet(except Electricity).
TODAY! Please call our friendly leasing staff and setup an appointment to tour our properties. We will then take you through the steps which include sending us a complete application along with a copy of your driver’s license or main passport page. A lease will then be drafted and we will send it your way. If you are a group, each person must complete this process.
